Scope of Works

  • I agree and accept that I am booking a non-refundable service callout for the cost of $180.00 inc gst plus parts or additional labour
  • I accept that I will receive a trained hot water technician to attend and investigate my hot water system for up to (1) one hour.
  • Service callout does not guarantee that a hot water repair will be achieved in this callout.
  • All repairs and works are subject to what is reasonably practical or achievable within the one hour timeframe, parts availability, or specific manufacturer trained staff being required.
